Philip D. Weiss

A partner in the General Liability Group, Phil’s practice focuses on boxing and other sports and recreation, general and premises liability, and public entity liability. Phil has extensive trial experience and has represented multiple entities and individuals successfully in front of judges and jurors in courts all across Southern California. He is also well versed in appellate matters and skillfully defends his clients from preparation of the appeal to presentation of oral arguments. He is centered on obtaining favorable results for his clients using the most cost-effective and efficient methods.
