Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Agajanian, McFall, Weiss, Tetreault & Heider LLP handles personal information submitted by applicants for employment through AgajanianLaw.com.

Information collected from applicants

  • Name, email address, telephone number, and location
  • Bar admissions, years of experience, and position of interest
  • Links to resumes, portfolios, or professional profiles you provide
  • Any narrative text you include in a cover note

How applicant information is used

  • Evaluating your candidacy for a current or anticipated opening
  • Communicating with you about the hiring process
  • Verifying professional credentials where relevant to the role
  • Maintaining records required for employment and equal opportunity compliance

What not to submit

Do not submit client-confidential information, privileged work product, protected health information, or unredacted writing samples from a matter. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial account information, or government identification numbers; those are requested only later in the process through a secure channel where required.

Retention

Application materials are retained for the period necessary to evaluate your candidacy and to satisfy recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or archived. The firm may keep your materials on file for future openings unless you ask it not to.

Disclosure

Applicant information is available to attorneys and staff involved in hiring and to service providers that host the site and store submissions. The firm does not sell applicant information.

No employment relationship
