The firm is accepting applications from California-admitted litigation associates interested in defending hospitals, medical groups, and licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

Handle discovery, motion practice, and depositions under partner supervision
Review medical records and coordinate with retained specialists
Draft case evaluations and status reports for insurers and risk managers
Support trial preparation across the Medical Malpractice Group

Qualifications

Active membership in the State Bar of California
Civil litigation experience, preferably defense side
Strong writing and record-review discipline
Comfort working directly with institutional clients
