Steven B. Sarshik

Steven specializes in hospital malpractice defense. He defends hospitals and nurse practitioners and health care staff in professional negligence cases and wrongful death cases. He also represents hospitals in personal injury cases brought by individuals claiming injury on hospital grounds.

Prior to joining AMWT&H, Steven represented business owners and property owners with respect to complex commercial cases. These cases involved claims by stockholders against officers and management, claims regarding intellectual property infringement, and partnership disputes. He recently represented a property owner in central California with respect to an action for specific performance of contract to purchase a home valued at well over 2 million dollars, and a New York property owner successfully selling a parcel of property in Manhattan for 40 million dollars. Steven also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions and wrongful death actions.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys writing fiction, and has published two novels and a collection of short stories.
