Allen Lim

Allen is a member of both the Medical Malpractice Defense and General Liability Group. He brings prior experience of being both a plaintiff and defense attorney to Agajanian Law. Here, he defends hospitals and medical professionals in matters ranging from malpractice to general and premise liability. He also defends major sporting and entertainment venues in premise liability actions, as well as having a focus on professional boxing and other sports and recreation matters.

Allen is a Southern California native, but he has also lived and practiced law in New York. While there, Allen dealt with personal injury, civil rights, police brutality, commercial litigation, nursing home abuse, and employment law matters. Allen, additionally, dealt with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) matters prior to joining Agajanian Law.

Outside of work, Allen is an ardent supporter of several local sports teams and combat sports athletes, having been a former athlete and kickboxer himself. He also races cars competitively at motorsports events. When he’s not at a race, Allen can be spotted cycling in and around the Southern California area. He is also a very proud pet parent.
